- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup Skinny Latina Marinade
- 3-6 Cheddar cheese, sliced
- 6-9 slices of bacon
- Lettuce, iceberg
- Onion, sliced
- Tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 3 brioche buns
Skinny Latina Aioli Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Skinny Latina Marinade
Make aioli by mixing all ingredients; set aside.
Beef & Patties
Combine ground beef with ¼ cup marinade, salt and pepper. Form patties loosely and pan-fry them in a cast iron skillet with a little butter and olive oil. Top with cheddar cheese and let the cheese melt for a minute or two; let rest.
Cook bacon in the same pan until crisp and place on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Remove excess oil from the pan and toast buns.
Spread a generous amount of the Skinny Latina aioli on the buns. Assemble burgers by starting with the bottom bun, then lettuce, onions, tomato, patty with cheese, crispy bacon, & top bun.
